Refund, Cancellation & Late Policy

Adhering to our salon policies creates a happy environment where our professionals can focus on your needs. We appreciate your kind cooperation and sincerely hope you have a pleasant experience with us!

Social Dry Lounge Gift Cards and Packages may not be returned and should be treated like cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and they cannot be redeemed for cash.

Refund Policy

Please note that there are no refunds for any services, products, packages and memberships. However, we guarantee our work. If desired, we can pair you with a different stylist to help achieve your desired look, either at the request of Social Dry Lounge or the client.

                                  Membership Cancelation Policy

To cancel your membership, please send an email to [email protected] at least two weeks prior to your billing date. Include your full name, phone number, email address, and your inquiry in the message.

Upon canceling your membership, any remaining unused balance will be available for use for 90 days from the cancellation date. After 90 days, all unused benefits and balances will expire and will no longer be redeemable.

This policy applies to all memberships.

Please note that we have a no-refund policy; no charges will be refunded once you sign up.

Late Cancellation or No shows

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments. Rescheduling on the same day is considered a late cancellation.

Late cancellations and missed appointments will incur a fee of 50% of the service value.

Late Arrival

In order to better serve you, we have a 10 MINUTE late tolerance.If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests.

Deposits

A deposit of $100 is required for Brazilian Blowouts and appointments longer than 2 hours.

A deposit of 25% of the service fee is required for Bridal Parties of 4 or more.
