Refund, Cancellation & Late Policy

Social Dry Lounge Gift Cards and Packages may not be returned and should be treated like cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and they cannot be redeemed for cash.
Refund Policy
Please note that there are no refunds for any services, products, packages and memberships. However, we guarantee our work. If desired, we can pair you with a different stylist to help achieve your desired look, either at the request of Social Dry Lounge or the client.
Membership Cancelation Policy
To cancel your membership, please send an email to info@socialdrylounge.com at least two weeks prior to your billing date. Include your full name, phone number, email address, and your inquiry in the message.
Upon cancellation, any remaining credit on your account will be converted to store credit. This store credit:
- Never expires
- Is valid at all five locations
- Can be used for services and products only
- Cannot be used for gratuity, to purchase another membership, or packages
Please note that we have a no-refund policy; no charges will be refunded once you sign up.

Late Cancellation or No shows
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments. Rescheduling on the same day is considered a late cancellation.
Late cancellations and missed appointments will incur a fee of 50% of the service value.
Late Arrival
In order to better serve you, we have a 10 MINUTE late tolerance.If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests.
Deposits
A deposit of $100 is required for Brazilian Blowouts and appointments longer than 2 hours.
A deposit of 25% of the service fee is required for Bridal Parties of 4 or more.
